Sending messages to groups allow you to send messages to a set of students, parents or both based on 
  * Form of the students
  * Class of the students
  * Gender of the students
  * Club affiliation of the students
  * Or using a [[mms:list|saved list]]

Once a group is selected you can choose to send the message to the students, parents or both.
