====== Spot Verification ======

The system will periodically (monthly) request that users verify themselves. This is a normal security feature.
Verification may be done by one of several methods
  - Asking for a code that was emailed
  - Asking for a number that was sent by text message to the user
  - Asking for personal information such as middle name, phone number, employee number

Spot verification can also be used to prevent a suer from logging in until an administrator has removed the block.
