==== Setting Up Web Service ====
  * Go to your Wordpress Site Administration 
  * Ensure the REST API is not disabled
  * Install the ElixomSMS Plugin
  * Go to the plugin Settings Page
    * If your Wordpress has JetPack the Elixom SMS setting page will be located there
    * Otherwise it is in the options menu
  * Copy the token
  * Paste the token user the **Web Service Api Token** setting in the Wordpress Setting on the eSMS.
  * Fill in the Wordpress Website setting with the top level url of your Wordpress site.
  * Click the **validate** button to see that all is well
