Spot Verification

The system will periodically (monthly) request that users verify themselves. This is a normal security feature. Verification may be done by one of several methods

1. Asking for a code that was emailed
2. Asking for a number that was sent by text message to the user
3. Asking for personal information such as middle name, phone number, employee number

Spot verification can also be used to prevent a suer from logging in until an administrator has removed the block.
